About the Role

OpenAI is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to help enterprise customers deploy and integrate GPT-based solutions. You will design architectures, lead technical workshops, and serve as the technical bridge between customers and OpenAI's product and engineering teams.

Requirements

5+ years in solutions architecture or technical consulting
Deep knowledge of LLMs and AI/ML concepts
Experience designing API integrations and cloud architectures
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to travel up to 25%

Nice to Have

Experience with OpenAI's API and developer tools
Background in enterprise software sales
Cloud architecture certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience with RAG architectures
