AI Solutions Architect

About the Role

OpenAI is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to help enterprise customers deploy and integrate GPT-based solutions. You will design architectures, lead technical workshops, and serve as the technical bridge between customers and OpenAI's product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in solutions architecture or technical consulting
• Deep knowledge of LLMs and AI/ML concepts
• Experience designing API integrations and cloud architectures
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Nice to Have

• Experience with OpenAI's API and developer tools
• Background in enterprise software sales
• Cloud architecture certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with RAG architectures
