About the Role

Notion is seeking an AI Engineer to build intelligent features that help teams organize knowledge and collaborate more effectively. You will develop AI-powered search, summarization, Q&A, and writing assistance features integrated into the Notion workspace.

Requirements

3+ years of software engineering with AI/ML focus
Experience integrating LLMs into product features
Strong skills in TypeScript and Python
Experience with RAG and semantic search
Understanding of product development and user experience

Nice to Have

Experience with Notion or productivity tools
Background in information retrieval
Experience with embeddings and vector databases
Familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation
