NLP Engineer

About the Role

Inflection AI is looking for an NLP Engineer to improve conversational AI capabilities. You will work on dialogue systems, persona modeling, and emotional intelligence features that make AI assistants more natural and empathetic.

Requirements

• 4+ years of NLP engineering experience
• Expertise in conversational AI and dialogue systems
• Strong proficiency in Python and transformer-based models
• Experience with fine-tuning and evaluation of LLMs
• Understanding of pragmatics and discourse analysis

Nice to Have

• Experience with personality or emotion modeling in AI
• Background in psycholinguistics
• Experience with multi-turn dialogue evaluation
• Published work in conversational AI
