Product Manager — AI Governance

About the Role

Databricks is looking for a Product Manager to lead AI Governance features on the Lakehouse platform. You will define the roadmap for model monitoring, compliance tools, and responsible AI capabilities that help enterprises deploy AI safely and effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management in data or ML platforms
• Understanding of AI governance and compliance requirements
• Experience with enterprise platform products
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and legal teams

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, or similar frameworks
• Background in model risk management
• Experience with Databricks Unity Catalog
• JD or compliance background
