About the Role

AI21 Labs is hiring a Research Engineer to implement and scale novel NLP techniques. You will bridge the gap between research ideas and production systems, developing prototypes of new language model architectures and training methodologies.

Requirements

3+ years of ML engineering or research engineering experience
Strong implementation skills in Python and PyTorch
Understanding of modern NLP architectures
Experience with experiment management and reproducibility
BS/MS in Computer Science or related field

Nice to Have

Experience with Jamba or Mamba architectures
Background in efficient model architectures
Publications in NLP venues
Fluency in Hebrew
