About the Role

Anthropic is hiring a Technical Program Manager to coordinate complex AI model training programs. You will manage cross-functional projects spanning research, engineering, and infrastructure teams, ensuring that Claude model training runs are delivered on time and within compute budgets.

Requirements

5+ years of technical program management experience
Experience in ML or infrastructure programs
Strong understanding of ML training workflows
Excellent project planning and risk management skills
Experience with Agile and cross-team coordination

Nice to Have

Experience managing GPU compute budgets
Background in ML engineering or research
Experience with training run coordination
PMP or similar certification
